Our business policy for refunds and exchanges is 30 days upon the date that the package was marked as delivered to you. We ask that you send us an email first at email@example.com for a return or exchange. Our system generates a ticket number that is linked to your order. Please do not ship the package without a ticket number that needs to be included with your return or exchange order.
For returning and exchanging a product, customers are responsible for the fees when returning or exchanging the package back to us. The package needs to be unused and in good condition as well.
Once we have received the package from you:
For the exchanges, we will send you an email which will include your new tracking number and it will take the tracking number to update with the shipping system within 24-48 hours unless it was processed on a Friday after 11:00 AM PST. If the exchange was processed after 11:00 AM PST, it will be shipped out on the following Monday.
For the returns, we will send you an email informing you that the return package has been received and the refund will take around 1-3 business (working) days to be successfully processed. We ask that you double check the payment method that you have associated with your order since the refund is going to be issued to you through there.
