Forgot to include a Promo Code?

Please send us an email at info@shop-milkyway.com and include your order number. If you received an email with a promo code, please attach a photo of the email and include it in the email message. We would like a verification to see what promo code it was that you were issued. Also we ask that you redeem your promo code within 5 business days that it was offered to you. We can only make the changes for this inquiry within the time frame that the promo code was released. Unfortunately we cannot offer the promo code it was before the expiration date.
