Please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours that your order has been made. Please do not forget to include your order number into the email so that we can easily locate the order. If you would like to change the design of the phone case, please tell us the design name along with an attached photo in the email. If you would like to change the size or device type, please also include that in the email as well.
***Please note and take into consideration that during busy periods Holiday Season (November 25, 2016 - January 6, 2017), we will be unable to change orders once tracking numbers are issued. You are going to have to open up a return or exchange request with us. To open one of these options, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will email you back with instructions on how to do so. Please double check your order and make sure that everything is correct before we ship it out to you to prevent any delays.
Here are a couple of things that you can look into:
- Please update your shipping, billing, and credit/debit card information for any accounts that are connected with PayPal and Amazon Payments.
- Please double-check your shipping and billing address before submission for final checkout.
- Make sure that the entire order is correct before it is finalized.
- The PROMO codes have been inputted correctly if active during the time of release.
